Arion Fund is a boutique lending company offering personalized small to midsize loans for real estate financing in the entire U.S. East Coast and Midwest.

There are three simple steps:

1. Submit your application: Apply online, making sure to complete the form accurately and attach the required documents. This should take about 5-10 minutes.
2. Get approved: After you submit your online application form, we process it and typically complete closure within 3-5 business days.
3. Get funded: Once your loan is approved, closing can be scheduled immediately.

We focus on loans for residential properties only – including single family properties, smaller multifamily properties and vacant properties – as well as for unimproved land, refinancing, cash flow, and mixed-use assets.

We offer small to midsize loans ranging from $350,000 to $5,500,000.

We offer loans with terms of 12-24 months and rates ranging from 7.99%-11%. We typically approve loans in just 3-5 days! You may submit a short prequalification form here.

We are here to provide a loan tailored to your needs – whether this is your first project to be funded, or one of many. Basic qualifications include:

• Age 18 and older
• American citizen/company 
• Minimum credit score of 680
• No bankruptcies or foreclosures
• No felonies within the past 7 years
• No record of financially-related offenses

After submitting your application, we will contact you within 1 business day for a brief call to confirm details and ensure we are building you the best loan possible. Your application will then be processed, and if all looks good, you will receive a confirmation email that your loan is approved. If we have any questions or need additional information, we will contact you.

Once your loan is approved, you can expect to receive the money within 4-8 business days*.

Yes, you can repay your loan earlier than originally planned. There is no repayment penalty.
